Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Team Leading at Henley College Coventry
Course description
An Apprenticeship enables you to learn on the job and get paid while studying for a qualification. An Apprentice has employed status, however, if you do not have a job then we will help you find one.
You will study:
- A combined Diploma in Team Leading level 2
- Functional English, Maths and ICT at level 1
- Employer rights and responsibilites
You will be assessed within the workplace carrying out your normal duties. You will collect evidence to support your competence against a given criterion – this will include product evidence, oral questioning, written assignments ,observation by the assessor and witness testimonies.
You may progress onto a Level 3 Management.
Entry requirements
You will need to be in paid employment to study for this qualification however there are no other formal entry requirements.
