BTEC Team Leading Intermediate Apprenticeship at Rewards Training

Course description

This Apprenticeship scheme has been developed to support individuals and businesses to improve skills and contribute to both personal development and business efficiency. The Apprenticeship is approved by the Skills Council for Administration and in most cases government subsidies are available to help individuals and businesses pay for this highly sought after programme of training and development.

Course content

This Apprenticeship consists of 5 component parts, all of which will be completed working together with a team of dedicated tutors and online resources. Pearson BTEC Diploma in Team Leading Functional Skills qualification in English (Level 1) Functional Skills qualification in Mathematics (Level 1) Functional Skills qualification in Information and Communication Technology (Level 1) Personal Learning & Thinking Skills Employment Rights & Responsibilities Team leading is a critical skill in almost all walks of life.

To be truly effective, an organization needs to ensure that not only are the right tasks carried out by the right people at the right time and in the right way, but also that people pool their resources and support each other. The definition of team-work may seem obvious but it is surprising how often communication or motivational issues cloud the performance of even the best companies. The Team Leading Apprenticeship will make you aware of the critical issues involved in teams of all sizes.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements however a good level of English and maths are an advantage.
