Catering and Professional Cookery Level 2 Apprenticeship at Jancett Childcare and Jace Training

Course description

You'll need to be working in an establishment where the menus served cover the units that make up this course and where your training will be supported by your employer.

The Intermediate Apprenticeship includes the following pathways:


Food Production and Cooking
Professional Cookery
Diploma in Kitchen Services

If you work in a professional cookery based role such as a chef, trainee chef or school kitchen staff then this qualification is suitable for you.

Alternatively JACE has its own state of the art kitchen where apprentices have the opportunity to work in the training kitchen or to work alongside chefs who have previously worked as head chefs in 5 star hotels in London.
The experiences you will gain are second to none.
