Brickwork Level 3 Diploma at Accrington and Rossendale College
This qualification consists of 40% practical work and 60% theory work. Your practical work takes place in purpose-built workshops where you work your way towards units and phase tests that are assessed by Qualified Assessors. Theory sessions underpin the practical work by covering Trade Technology and associated subjects. Over the year, you will achieve the qualifications by attending college on a day release basis.
You will need to have completed your Level 2 Diploma in Bricklaying, and preferably Functional Skills in English and Maths.
Assessment of the qualification will be by online end of unit theory tests and practical tests for each unit of study.
This course is free of charge for 16 – 18 year olds.
This course will cost a maximum of £1,404 for learners aged 19 years old or above. This fee may be reduced or void depending on the individual’s circumstances.
Completion of the Diploma Level 3 Award, will enable you to progress onto Professional Construction courses upto Higher National Qualifications.
