Future opportunities

Dance will allow students to gain basic skills (confidence, communication, co-operation, problem solving, creative thinking, logical planning, listening, appreciation etc) and these can be applied to any industry.

It is suggested that A-level Dance can aid performance and choreography work in the performing arts sector and also provides a solid foundation for those looking to take Degree courses.

The most important aspect of the A-level is to further the knowledge they have gained at GCSE and to teach them about the "The Dancer" as a performer and choreographer.
