Psychology at Colonel Frank Seeley School

Course description

Psychology is the scientific study of mind and behaviour in humans. It is a fascinating subject as it seeks to understand why people behave as they do and the complex workings of the human mind. Studying Psychology should help you to understand yourself, as well as increasing your ability to tolerate and understand others.

Entry requirements

The successful Psychology student pays attention to detail and has a genuine interest in human behaviour. As the AS/A2 examinations require extended writing, and a great deal of terminology to learn, students are expected to have gained at least a grade B in GCSE English Language.
