Foundation learning - New Horizons entry level 3 or level 1 at Kirklees College, Huddersfield Centre

Course description

The course will prepare you for moving on to employment or other courses at college and is aimed at students with mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression.

Course content

You will have the opportunity to complete up to six awards from the City and Guilds suite of themed qualifications.

You can attend all year studying towards all of the awards or you can attend for one or two terms studying toward the relevant awards.

Entry requirements

You must be 19+ and will have an interview with the course tutor to make sure the course is right for you. You will need to show that you can work at level 1 in English and maths.
