Is this course for me?
The Level 1 Bakery qualification is the first step towards your career in bakery. Designed for people who wish to work in this popular industry, the course will ensure you develop the basic skills needed and become familiar with industrial equipment. You will also develop further skills around confectionery finishing, packaging and selling techniques and food safety principles.
