  • 12 week themed training programme including employability and lifeskills sessions
  • 4 week Personalised Learning Plan for those who need or want additional support e.g. work experience, training tasters etc

The course is an informal, safe place to learn where you can improve your skills, try new things and gain confidence before moving onto your next step on the career ladder.

The Turnaround project runs from various locations in Telford providing a range of activities/themes including:

  • Woodwork and craft

Our projects allow you to learn at your own pace. We are not like school, we deliver a practical programme full of fun activities and team challenges that enable you to develop confidence, work with others and improve the kind of skills that employers look for when you look to find work.
