Entry requirements

  • 1 GCSE at grade D or above in English Language and 2 GCSEs at grade E or above, including Maths

You will be expected to retake English and Maths as part of your programme to improve your qualifications in these areas.

Assessment

Assessment will take the form of assignments, tests and synoptic exams.

Further information

Throughout the year you will participate in a range of educational visits.

You will participate in work experience in a bakery and have an option of playing a part in the annual Bakery Star competition.
