Customer Service Apprenticeship at Training Works 4 U LTD

Course description

If you're a good communicator and enjoy helping people this could be an ideal Apprenticeship for you.

As a Customer Service Assistant or Adviser you would deal with customer enquiries or complaints and you would often be a customer's first point of contact.

 

You could deal with customers face-to-face, over the phone or by email. Good people skills, a friendly approach and excellent communication skills are a requirement in this sector.

Entry requirements

To start an Apprenticeship with Training Works 4 U you have to be aged 16 years or over and must be working in the Customer Service sector for at least 16 hours a week. You also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education. You will be ineligible if you have achieved a level 4 or above.

 

All learners will undertake an initial assessment for Maths and English at the enrolment stage, this assessment will identify the areas of strength and highlight any areas that may require additional development.
