Course content

'The course covers all four skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing) and works at the level of Entry 1 to progress your English. At this level you will learn how to give personal details, ask for information and discuss your country. You will also learn to write short sentences in the present tense with correct spelling and punctuation. There are three exams during the course: (1) Speaking and Listening, (2) Reading and (3) Writing.

Entry requirements

'Suitability for the course is assessed through and initial assessment and then further checked through a diagnostic test in the first few lessons of the course. The course is for under 19s only.

Future opportunities

'On completion of the Entry Level 1 qualification learners can progress onto Entry Level 2 to further develop their skills.
