Customer Services - Apprenticeship at East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire)

Course description

As an apprentice you will develop skills to ensure that you can deliver excellent customer service. The skills developed can be applied to many job roles within many different sectors. At Intermediate level, you will focus on developing knowledge and skills required to deliver and improve customer service, whilst at Advanced level, you will demonstrate your ability to work using your own initiative, delegating work to colleagues if and when required.

Entry requirements

All potential Apprentices will benefit from average to good GCSE grades, D, C, B & A. Support is given to all future apprentices who have not got the required grades of maths and English for the framework. The functional skills delivery is both group delivery and one to one depending on the level of support required.
