Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at The Vocational Learning Centre Limited

Course description

If you choose the Apprenticeship pathway at Level 2, the framework will include:

  • NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
  • Certificate in Customer Service
  • Functional Skills Numeracy
  • Functional Skills Literacy
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Course content

To achieve the full Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service qualification you will need to gain 28 credits. 8 of these must come from the achievement of the 2 mandatory units. The remaining 20 credits must be achieved by completing one unit from each optional units section at the least. To achieve the full Certificate in Customer Service you will need to gain 13 credits from the 3 mandatory units.

Assessment

You will be assessed on and off the job by a dedicated vocational facilitator who will support and guide you through your qualification. Additionally you will undertake an onscreen multiple choice assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the sector requirements.
