Course description

Spanish is the fourth most widely-spoken language in the world and it is predicted to overtake English in numbers of speakers worldwide by 2050. Modern Foreign Language skills and qualifications are highly valued and support university entrance applications in a wide range of disciplines, including other language courses, joint honours with Spanish, International Law and Politics. A language degree can help enhance employment prospects and open doors to careers in the Foreign Office, travel and tourism, aid organisations and journalism.

Course content

Unit 1 AS: Media, popular culture, health, family and relationships.
Unit 2 A2: Environment, multicultural society, social issues, Spanish culture.
