Professional Food and Beverage Service VRQ Diploma at Gloucestershire College

Course description

Through the course you will take part in catering for high-profile external events while also having the opportunity to become heavily involved in a range of our commercial   operations at the College and special events.

Course content

You will study both larder and patisserie, and gain experience working with highly regarded managers.

You can also take part in food service competitions and represent the public face of the College.

Alongside the course you will be expected to work part-time in the industry.

Entry requirements

This course is only open to students who have completed the Level 2 Diploma in Hospitality.

Future opportunities

On completion you can progress on to a Level 3 course, undertake an apprenticeship or seek employment in the industry.
