Customer Service Apprenticeship Framework Apprenticeship Level 2/3 at Touchstone Educational Solutions LTD
The Customer Service Apprenticeship consists of both hands on work experience and guided teaching by an Assessor who will usually come to your work place. You will normally be expected to commit 30-35 hours a week to your Apprenticeship, though this may vary according to your employer.
In order to achieve the Certificate/Diploma in Customer Service, you will need to demonstrate both your practical customer service skills and functional/technical skills. Your Administrative skills will be assessed by your Assessor through workplace observation. The functional/technical skills will be assessed through examinations.
