Enterprise Advanced Apprenticeship at Let's Do Business (South East) Group Limited

Course description

This apprenticeship develops the full range of interpersonal skills and knowledge needed to be a successful manager. Learners gain valuable applied workplace learning through the Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management.

This advanced apprenticeship framework is designed to meet the skill needs of a diverse range of business and organisations, in the public, private and third sectors, of varying sizes and across different sectors. It will support the development of enterprising skills amongst new and/or existing members of staff to address the challenges and opportunities of helping to develop and grow a business in an economy with increasing levels of ambiguity and uncertainty. Given the focus on the development of enterprising skills, Advanced Enterprise apprentices will work in a variety of job roles in smaller businesses, or in more specific projects or defined roles within larger organisations.

  • Adding value (e.g. to existing activities in a business)

Entry requirements

Although there are no formal requirements candidates will need to demonstrate a desire to succeed in this qualification.


This advanced apprenticeship framework includes the level 3 Diploma in Enterprising Skills in a Business, Functional Skills and Employer Rights and Responsibilities.

Future opportunities

Successful candidates could progress to the Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management.
