You will also have to be flexible as you may have to work shifts including weekend and evenings, however this will depend on your job role and working environment.

Whilst there are no specific entry requirements, GCSE’s in maths and English would be an advantage, but whatever your GCSE’S, we will design an Apprenticeship to suit your needs.

Assessment

Apprenticeships are achieved through assessment and training. Assessment is normally through on-the-job observation and questioning. You will produce evidence to prove that you meet the national standards. You will be appointed a Training Advisor who will work with you throughout your Apprenticeship. The Training Advisor will test your knowledge; understanding and work-based performance to make sure that you can work effectively in your chosen career.

When you start an Apprenticeship, CWT Chamber Training will help you to identify the correct course and level, identify what you already know, analyse what you need to learn and agree an individual plan of learning based on your needs.

Typically you will undertake a mixture of training in the workplace as well as attending CWT Chamber Training's training facility for additional learning.
