Training in various aspects of customer service and care, dealing with clients, colleagues and customers to a level of excellence. Training undertaken as day release in preparation for technical examinations on apprenticeship programme.
Individuals are assessed to determine suitability to the programme
There are opportunities for progression to Advanced Modern Apprenticeship programme at Level 3 for suitable candidates.
