Course description

If you would like to work in a vibrant customer service / retail industry, this is the course for you.

There are lots of options to choose from - whether you want to find your first job in retail or show you've got the skills for a specialist role, perhaps in visual merchandising.

The focus is developing skills to aid career progression through the application of excellent customer service.

Throughout this qualification you will learn how to work effectively within a team, build communication and organisational skills, and deal professionally with customers to improve the service you offer.

You will also have the opportunity to experience a range of different services, which will develop your knowledge and understanding of the many different pathways you can take.

Other skills may include managing a team and dealing with money.

The course will be assessed through a continuous programme of practical assessment and assignments.
