Level 3 Fabrication and Welding Advanced Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College
This Apprenticeship provides skills development in welding techniques, hand fitting and how to produce assemblies and components from sheet metal. Units you may cover include: working safely in an engineering environment, working efficiently and effectively in engineering, using and communicating technical information, sheet metal components and assemblies, MiG (metal inert gas) welding and bench fitting skills.
To progress onto a Level 2 Apprenticeship you will need up to five GCSEs grade D-G, including a grade D in English and Maths*.
In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
