Sociology at Rainhill Sixth Form

Course description

This is a subject that challenges your everyday experiences. It is the study of the relationship between the individual and society. Have you ever wondered why people exhibit a certain behaviour or how we become the people that we are? If so, the Sociology A Level course offers you an opportunity to explore a deeper understanding of the social world, by examining social influences, such as, families, schools, friends, and the media.
