They will also develop key skills in IT, Communication, The Performing Arts Business and obtain an understanding of Health & Fitness. We offer regular timetabled performances including The Christmas Show, Mass Movement, Move it!, and the college ends the academic year with a performance at Leicester’s prestigious Curve Theatre. When college productions are scheduled, there will be extra rehearsal sessions added to the timetable, which you will be expected to attend.

Course content

You will be taught through a variety of methods including practical demonstrations, lectures and your own research. Learners will have opportunity to complete exam work in ISTD Ballet and Tap. Alongside the regular timetabled activities, there are numerous opportunities throughout the college year, we encourage learners to get involved with outside activities to further their understanding of the performing arts industry and gain performance experience in the relevant fields.
