Access to Higher Education Diploma : Humanities Combined With Social Science (Eve) at East Sussex College
This pathway prepares people for humanities, arts and social science degrees and may also be suitable for students who want to go on to social work or primary teaching degrees. The pathway offers a range of modules in humanities, arts and social sciences.
You will need to meet our standard entry requirements.
You need to have GCSEs in maths and English at grade C or above.
Students will be asked to submit assignments for each subject unit, and to complete course work in the core units. Assignments may take the form of essays, reports, textual analysis, seminar presentations and examinations. All students submit a research project which forms a major part of the overall assessment.
This course can provide a pathway to higher education programmes.
The course runs on two evenings each week from 6-9pm as well as 5 Saturdays spread throughout the year.
