Course description

During this one-year course you will use your interest for computers and technology to gain a basic understanding of how computers are used in business and creative environments.

Course content

During the course you will gain a practical feel for how IT is used in real-world situations. You will be introduced to the way that organisations use hardware, networks and applications to access, store and communicate business information. You will get a feel for design software, presentation software and database software, while working as part of a team to complete tasks and meet deadlines. You will also build your English, maths and employability skills during the year.
