Professional Cookery - Level 3 (Diploma) at College of West Anglia
If you are interested in advancing your skills to work as a chef within the hospitality industry, this course will provide you with advanced skills and experience needed to work in the industry.It is a busy and practical course with real working experience in our own Novus Restaurant and kitchens. Working within the industry whilst studying this course would be an advantage.Course content includes:
- Advanced practical food preparation
- Relevant theory aspects
- Advanced food hygiene
You will need:
- Merit in Professional Cookery Level 2, with good attendance and progress reviews
Progress on the course is measured through a number of written assignments and short answer tests. Students will also have practical assessments and a final synoptic exam.This qualification will be graded Pass/Merit/Distinction.
