Level 2 in Electrical Installation at MidKent College

Course description

Give yourself the best possible chance of employment in the electrotechnical industry by enrolling on this City & Guilds courseTaught by experienced lecturers in top-quality workshops, you will develop a large number of practical wiring and installation skills designed to help you find work as an apprentice or self-employed installer.You will also have the opportunity to learn about CV-writing, employment rights and responsibilities and other job skills.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at grade D/3 or above, including English or maths at grade D/3 or above.

Future opportunities

Students who successfully complete level 2 may be able to progress to the level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation at MidKent College subject to attendance, conduct etc. Alternatively, they may move into employment as an apprentice or self-employed installer.
