Level 3 in Travel & Tourism at MidKent College
Prepare for your career to take off when you enrol on the level 3 Diploma - developed to meet the needs of the travel and tourism industry. The course is designed to equip students with the professional and personal skills employers demand, or to help them progress to higher education. Subjects covered include customer service, the business of travel and tourism, the UK as a destination, and lots more depending on whether you choose to continue into the second year of study. You will also have the opportunity to participate in industry work experience.
Five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and maths at grade C/4 or above.
Successful completion of the course could lead to employment with a wide variety of organisations including tour operators, travel agencies, airports and visitor attractions. Students can also progress to the College's HND course in Hospitality and Events Management, or another HE programme at university.
