Course description

Put your creative flair to good use by enrolling on this eye-catching course in Interior Design.You will be given the opportunity to practice a range of techniques such as creating bespoke wallpaper, using a client brief to design a room in a house or business and lots more.Website design also forms part of this new and exciting course.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at grade D/3 or above, including English or maths at grade D/3 or above.

Future opportunities

Students who complete this course may be able to progress to the level 3 Diploma followed by university.

    • Set in the Oakwood Park complex, MidKent College's Maidstone Campus provides a pleasant learning environment for students. The site houses a range of quality workshops – including those for Bricklaying, Carpentry, Motor Vehicle and Welding – as well as a large learning resource centre, refectory and welcoming social zone.

      In 2012 major redevelopment work costing a total of £25 million started at the Maidstone Campus, with new state-of-the-art facilities expected to be open by December 2013.

      As part of the rebuild MidKent College has purchased the University for the Creative Arts' Maidstone campus, which is also based at Oakwood Park and now houses the majority of the College's higher education courses.
