    • It's an exciting time to be studying in Dover and your local college is working hard to make sure that you have the best curriculum and facilities possible to give you a great start in your chosen career.

Our last Ofsted was our best ever and we were judged 'Good with Outstanding Leadership', placing us among the best performing colleges in the UK.

This means that if you decide to join us as one of our students you can expect great teaching from dedicated professionals who are officially rated as really ‘good’ at what they do. You can also expect to receive high-quality professional, vocational and technical training, and learn skills which are actually needed by the local economy.

Our Study Programmes offer an attractive alternative to school sixth form. They are designed to combine the very best of academic and vocational study, for you to develop confidence in your professional ability and allow you to be the best that you can be. Our focus is on developing the skills that employers want in order to make you a valued employee, and entrepreneurial skills to give you that extra ‘edge’.

Your time with us will give you the opportunity to get the skills you need to compete in what continues to be a very tough job market - many of our former students have gone on to follow highly successful career paths, as well as on to further study at University. With all our fantastic new facilities and specialist workshops you will be studying in some of the most stimulating learning environments in East Kent, as well as in an environment that is both supportive and safe.

And finally, if you are unsure of what exactly it is you want to do next, I encourage you to take advantage of our free, impartial Careers Advice Service, which is recognised as one of the best in Kent.
