You will work towards a first line management role, with responsibilities in operations, managing teams and helping to meet departmental/store targets.

Individual employers will identify entry requirements in terms of previous qualifications, training or other criteria. Most candidates will have Level 2 Maths and English (equivalent to GCSE grade 4/5 or C or above), ideally as part of 5 GCSE A-C grades or other comparable qualifications.
Apprentices without English or Maths at Level 2 must achieve this prior to the completion of the apprenticeship.
You will be assessed via a combination off a knowledge test (30%), a structured competency based interview (30%), a portfolio of evidence (20%) and a professional discussion relating to CPD activity (20%).

After successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship you could progress onto our Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship or alternatively seek full employment with your workplace or in the sector.
