Course description

During this exciting apprenticeship you will develop a range of communication skills with colleagues and customers and enhance your written and verbal skills. You will deal with project management and handle finance and operational plans. This apprenticeship will help to develop skills which will allow you to understand what social media is, how to utilise it in a business environment and incorporate it into your job role. Job roles may include Social Media Assistant, Social Media Consultant and Social Media Analyst. Your responsibilities may include managing and monitoring online communities, working with businesses to promote, utilise and increase presence through social media, copy writing and media placement, development of social media strategy and seeking out new and relevant content.

Entry requirements

Relevant qualifications and/or an initial assessment and diagnostic testing on maths and English will take place prior to commencement. Specific entry requirements may be applicable based on employer requirements.
