We only work with companies who employ Apprentices on a full time permanent basis, who earn at least £2.73 per hour.

The majority of Apprenticeships involve day release to a training centre with assessments taking place both on and off the job, the outcomes of the Apprenticeship are formal qualifications such as NVQs and level 2 and/or level 3 knowledge based certificates from awarding bodies such as City and Guilds.

Our support staff will help secure a job where possible although a number of young people come to us having found an employer willing to recruit them as an Apprentice. All the arrangements for young people embarking on an Apprenticeship are made by CTS, from initial interviews to College enrolment through to final certification.
