Welcome to Safe in Tees Valley

About us

Safe in Tees Valley advance public safety by the promotion of crime prevention and community safety.

We tackle the causes of crime and disorder and develop partnership and practical approaches that achieve sustainable solutions.

Our work spans health and well-being, education and skills, employability and enterprise; youth justice, local environment, and citizenship. We create, lead and support key projects; whether strategic policy or operational.

We are networked locally, regionally and nationally to ensure a planned and coordinated approach; and have established creative local associations with people, communities and organisations to drive our work.

Our work is of a high quality, continually improving, efficient, enterprising, and responsive to national priorities and local people's needs

Safe in Tees Valley was established in 1996 as a Not For Profit Company Limited By Guarantee and is a Registered Charity. We operate as a Social Enterprise; re-investing any profit from selling goods or services back into our work.
