About us

Springboard Southwark as a training company was first established in 1979 by Community Service Volunteers (CSV) our parent company. We deliver government-funded training, though we are financially independent and locally managed to provide vocational training to national standards, and employment opportunities for young and adult people in South East London and the wider area.

We provide quality training and full Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships framework in Early Years Care and Education, Business Administration, Foundation Learning, NEET, Access to Apprenticeships, Customer Service and work-focused volunteering opportunities.

We have over 30 years' experience in training young people and adults looking for new skills and qualifications and helping unemployed people back into work.

Learner success

With our current apprenticeshipsprogramme, we are progressing towards our target of 75% success rate for the active period from the 1st August 2011 until 31st July 2012. We are well on our way towards meeting this target.

The national average if 60%.
