About us

Barking and Dagenham College prides itself on being: Friendly Courteous Professional We have around 12,000 learners studying on vocational or academic programmes. 3,000 study full-time at the college’s main Rush Green campus, between Romford and Dagenham. Our Performing Arts Sector is based in the Broadway Theatre, Barking. Most of our full-time students are aged 16-19 but we also have 14-16 year old students as well as adults of all ages. Our remaining 9,000 learners study part-time – either at Rush Green, the Barking Learning Centre, one of our three “Learning Villages” or with one of our many community partners operating in church halls, mosques and community centres throughout East London. Our facilities and staff are among the best in the country. Our commitment is to help you succeed in your learning and future career.
