About us

Floortrain GB is a fully accredited training provider that was formed 7 years ago to make a change from the standard approach to construction training. The vision was based on providing opportunities to young people of school age and adults who had not achieved through mainstream education. Floortrain now has a reputation for delivering top quality training within flooring and other areas of construction, and this is steadily growing to meet the wider demand. We have a diverse client base throughout London, the south east and up as far as the midlands. Our Doncaster branch serves the north of England and Scotland.

In addition to the courses, Floortrain provides assistance to learners leaving their courses with finding employment through job placements, work experience, full-time work and self-employment.  Floortrain works with a network of construction companies, as well as other partners such as Job Centre Plus, colleges, schools and the local authority to forge links between local people, business and job opportunities in the area.

We offer short courses and full framework apprenticeships that operate on a rolling programme throughout the year.
