About us

At Woodspeen Training our learners are at the centre of everything we do and as such we strive to ensure that our learners have a positive learning experience with us.

We are a Work Based Learning Provider, This means that your learning will take place in a working environment.
If you are unemployed you will initially be in the training centre full time. Once you have completed your foundation period a suitable placement will be found and you will attend full time. If you are employed your learning will take place at  your work premises. In both circumstances you will attend the training centre on a weekly basis.
We recognise that not all learners want the same, which is why we offer individual programmes to suit each learners needs for example
* One to one support
* Group training sessions
* External activities
* Project work
We offer a very supportive environment and work with a wide range of employer / placements who do the same.

Here are just a few of the comments we have received:
-To all the staff, thank you  for your help and support.
-I have enjoyed my experience at my placement. I have found it interesting doing my Level 2 and I was always given the help and support I needed by my assessor.
-My assessors have been very supportive and helpful throughout the course and have looked after me when I have struggled with work.
-I have really enjoyed my time at A&R and my assessor has been a really good help and she has helped me to achieve my Level 2.
The relationship I have had over the past year has been second to none. The assessor has been very effective and supportive towards the learners (Day Nursery). A&R Training Services is held in very high regard at the care home. Without A&R ,staff at the care home would not be where they are today. (Care Home).
