Facilities available

Bridgwater Centre

Check out our £8 million newly built Energy Skills Centre, delivering engineering, science, low carbon and nuclear related education – the only one of its kind in the South West. We have also completed the design phase of a purpose-built Theatre and Performing Arts Centre, which will provide new facilities for our expanding performing arts curriculum.

Cannington Centre

In recent years, over £10 million has been invested in improving the facilities at our land-based centres and the resources for land-based training are now considered to be among the most exceptional in the country, providing students with state-of-the-art surroundings for learning and practising their skills.

Paignton Centre

The Paignton Centre is situated within the unique setting of Paignton Zoo Environmental Park and provides animal management training, focusing on exotic species. Students have access to the zoo grounds and specialist library resources within the zoo, and may have the opportunity to work alongside a zoo keeper as part of the industry experience module.

Yeovil Centre

The Yeovil Centre is located at Lufton College and offers a range of land-based training. Students have access to a wide range of stock including exotics, raptors and a range of mammals, as well as dedicated teaching facilities and a specialist library.
