There is nothing quite like one of our business and enterprise courses. All of our pioneering courses have been developed in conjunction with Pearson (Edexcel), as well as education and industry experts. Our courses ensure that our students not only achieve an accredited qualification, but also the necessary experience and skills that are vital to gain employment or to run their own business.
Our tutors possess actual business knowledge and truly believe in the Foundation's ethos of 'learning by doing', combining innovative teaching methods with sessions from industry experts to provide the best possible experience for our young business entrepreneurs. Leading firms such as Grant Thornton, and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) offer not only their time but also real-life business expertise, national business challenges and/or job opportunities to our network of students and graduates.
We work with a host of guest speakers from all walks of life across the country who come to the Peter Jones Enterprise Academies to deliver masterclasses, and business talks. These include Paul Lindley of Ella's Kitchen, David, Vanessa and Jacqueline Gold and many more. Our focus is to invite speakers who have been there and done it!
At the end of the L3 course you may wish to run and expand your micro-business, or go onto further study at University or you may wish to move into employmentor a Higher Apprenticeship - all of these are possible and within your reach within a maximum of two years.
