About us

At Totton College, you can be who you want to be. We are committed to providing a vocational education and training centre of excellence for all of our students. We offer a wide range of learning opportunities and credible pathways to employment, benefiting both young and adult learners, as well as local businesses and the wider community.

We want every student to have a positive experience at Totton College, which will enable them to develop confidence and self-esteem, and gain the skills, qualities and qualifications that learners need and employers want, now and in the future.

Facilities available

Totton College’s main site is at Water Lane in Totton. Recently refurbished, the college boasts atransformed refectory area, two Costa Coffee bars, breakout spaces and a garden. We also have tailor made facilities for students with access needs and learning difficulties.

We offer a range of working environments on site and in the local area to help students gain a realistic experience of the workplace. These include a media suite, a motor vehicle unit, a sports centre and a dance studio, as well as a nursery, a salon and an arts centre, which are open to the public.

Additional support

Student support services are very important at Totton College. We want to make sure that our students’ experience of learning is the best it can be at every step of the way, so we provide everything from progress coaching to counselling, careers guidance, learning support, childcare arrangements and help with a disability or dyslexia.

For students who have learning support needs, we can arrange individual ‘pathway plus’ support from our team of experts.
