Established in 2000, CCP has grown rapidly to become a leading pre-employment training provider in the North East and have helped thousands of people into exciting new careers.


Recognised by OFSTED as being one of the best training providers in the UK, we specialise in preparing unemployed people with the skills and competencies they need to secure jobs in a wide variety of sectors, from Contact Centre, ICT, Sales and Financial Services to Retail, Travel Tourism and Hospitality.


Our expertise also includes Outplacement support, where we work with those under notice or at risk of redundancy to move them into new roles without a break in their earnings. This includes providing access to our 100s of vacancies across the region, help to make you CV bespoke to the employer and preparing in detail for the assessment process.


We have sites all across the region and a success rate of more than 75% when matching jobseekers with employers. We currently place around 3,000 people into work every year and we work in partnership with hundreds of employers who use CCP as a reliable and sustainable recruitment stream.
