Learner success

The Joe Calzaghe Boxing Academy launched in December 2014. Our pilot programme commenced in January 2015 ahead of a national roll out in September 2015. This will see young people aged 16-18 based in boxing gyms as they gain nationally recognised qualifications and develop their skills in the ring.

Our Rugby Union programme will also be launching in the Autumn of 2015 at several professional rugby clubs. This programme will provide young people, initially across South Wales and the South West of England, with access to high level coaching, competitive games programme and most importantly a first class education.
