Welcome to ACO Training Ltd


ACO deliver training for Apprenticeships and Traineeships in Accounting, Business Administration, Customer Service and IT User Skills in Swansea and the surrounding areas. ACO was established in 1985 and is one of the highest performing apprenticeship providers in Wales.

About us

Typically you will work in placement for 4 days of the week and attend our training centre in Swansea for 1 day of the week. You would be working toward a nationally recognised Diploma or Certificate at levels 2, 3 or 4 and Essential Skills qualifications in Digital Literacy, Application of Number and Communication. The employers that ACO work with have a proven record of training and developing an apprentice. They vary from accountants, solicitors, doctor’s surgeries, surveyors – basically, any company with an office. These employers allow you to progress in chosen careers. The only limit is your ambition!

ACO are located in the heart of Swansea City Centre, our modern training centre offers an excellent environment to enahnce your learning.

Learner success

Last year, 98% of all apprenticeship completers went into permanent employment, so the job prospects are excellent. Many apprentices continue onto further and higher education, using their qualifications to gain entry to HND, degree or occupationally specific qualifications.
